Overview

The HigherDOSE Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna (3-Person) is a full-spectrum infrared cabin with a black-mahogany exterior and basswood interior, delivering near-, mid-, and far-infrared heat from low-EMF carbon heaters. It runs on a dedicated 240V circuit (NEMA 6-15P, 2,930 watts) and reaches a maximum of 176°F — toward the high end for an infrared cabin. The sauna is app-enabled with a Bluetooth audio system and a swivel tablet holder, and includes built-in chromotherapy accent lighting. Assembly is a two-person job using the included instructions. The exterior measures 61 in W x 41 in D x 76.5 in H over a 57 x 36.25 in interior. HigherDOSE backs it with a 5-year limited residential warranty.
